Whole Wheat, Oat, Raisin Scones
I found a nice scone recipe at a new favorite blog Farmgirl Fare for whole wheat, oat and raisin scones. It uses white whole wheat flour, which is a little lighter than regular WW flour, and which I happened to have in the house. It is so nice to get up in the morning and realize you already have all the ingredients in the house for scones. We had them warm from the oven with butter and some homemade pomegranate jelly from a friend at work (thanks Dave!).
